Machinery
DEM-01 semi-automatic case packer
Developed by DEMACH for cartons and rectangular products, DEM-01 combines a compact footprint, quick format changes and stored settings. Our team checks suitability for your product and required formats.
DEMACH labelling machines
DEMACH-branded labelling machines draw on hands-on experience with machinery and packaging requirements. Container format, label and product path guide the configuration, with attention to integration into the existing line.
Cartoning machines
Cartoning machines load products into individual folding cartons and close them. They package blisters, bottles, tubes and other products, with configurations tailored to the format and production cycle.
02Filling machines
Filling machines dispense products into bottles, jars or other containers. System selection depends on viscosity, product behaviour, fill volume and container characteristics. Liquids, creams and powders require different technical assessments.
03Bundling machines
Bundling machines group multiple packs into one unit, generally using film. Feeding, bundle configuration and any shrink-wrapping stage must match the product and the end-of-line process.
04Tablet presses
Tablet presses compress powders or granules using punches and dies. Formulation, feeding and tooling affect the process. Mechanical maintenance and inspection of wearing parts are central to machine management.
05Case packers
Case packers group finished packs and place them into a shipping case. They differ from cartoning machines, which handle individual cartons. DEMACH developed DEM-01, a compact semi-automatic end-of-line solution.
06Feeders and orienters
Feeders deliver products and components to the next machine at the required orientation and rate. Guides, channels and sorting systems must suit part geometry to provide a consistent line infeed.
07Blister packaging machines
Blister machines form cavities, feed the product and seal the lidding material. For tablets and capsules, forming, loading, sealing and cutting must work together. Format changes involve dedicated tooling and adjustments.
08Palletizers
Palletizers arrange cases on pallets according to a loading pattern. Weight, dimensions, stability and connection to end-of-line handling define the application. DEMACH also provides support for existing machinery.
09Ampoule filling machines
Ampoule filling machines dose products into ampoules, with closing operations defined by the line configuration. Ampoules and vials use different containers and closures. Product, dose and production environment requirements must be assessed.
10Conveyors
Conveyors connect production and packaging stages. Belt width, speed, transfers and guides must suit the product. Smooth machine-to-machine handling depends on transfer points and any accumulation areas.
11Granulators
Granulators prepare solid materials into granules suited to subsequent processing. Material behaviour and required particle size guide selection. The DEMACH used equipment catalogue also lists a rotary granulator; availability must be checked.
12High-shear emulsifiers
High-shear emulsifiers support mixing, dispersion and emulsification of ingredients, for example in cream preparation. Viscosity, batch volume and cleaning methods should be discussed before defining the technical solution or service scope.
